Found a cool website...

If you like so many of us are wondering, "Gee, how many calories were
in that White Chocolate Mocha Latte I had this morning?". We'll
wonder no more! <a href="http://www.thedailyplate.com/">The Daily
Plate</a>. I know there are a lot of website like this, but this one
is pretty impressive. The database returns your search criteria so
quickly and it has a gigantic database of food.

It also allows you to track all your food and calorie intake,
exercise, water intake...it's pretty cool. It's free to sign up for
an account.

Might wanna try fitday.com too. It's the one I used to use and is very popular.

You may also want to take a peak at www.fatsecret.com which unlike dailyplate is totally free and has a much more supportive feel.

I hear ya! I went to Javi's school today and they were having a pizza party to celebrate that STAR testing was over. I had a slice and a small brownie. There were homemade brownies made by one of the TA's present, so I couldn't say no. I really don't care for brownies (more of a cookie person), but they were delicious. I hate logging food like that in a journal, so food journals usually keep me more on track.
